N-able, a global software company that helps IT services providers with remote monitoring, management, data protection, and security solutions, has expanded its Technology Alliance Program (TAP). This program is a growing, open ecosystem tailored for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
The aim of N-able’s TAP is to foster innovation and provide MSPs with stronger, more secure integrations at scale. By bringing together top technology companies, the program allows them to further develop and integrate their solutions with N-able’s award-winning product lineup. This collaboration creates a trusted community of providers, helping MSPs serve their customers with more flexibility, choice, and efficiency through a range of third-party integrations and services.
The new partnerships include:
- N-central integrations:
- SaaS Alerts: This tool enables MSPs to identify and automate the response to SaaS security threats. It offers real-time monitoring of core business applications like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Dropbox, Okta, and Duo, to protect against data breaches and malicious actors.
- N-central and N-sight integrations:
- Actifile: A platform that allows MSPs to enter the data security and risk management market. It helps MSPs understand the financial risk of data security gaps and integrates with existing cybersecurity efforts to prevent potential losses.
- Enclave: A modern alternative to traditional corporate VPNs, Enclave helps MSPs build secure and reliable networks over existing infrastructure. It uses Zero Trust Network Access, providing a secure network solution for customers without the complexity of traditional VPNs.
- Auvik SaaS Management: This cloud-based tool helps MSPs manage and monitor their clients’ SaaS applications. It improves efficiency in tasks like client and employee onboarding, QBR preparation, and provides greater visibility and security for SaaS applications.
David Weeks, VP of Partner Experience at N-able, emphasized that their open ecosystem is a key advantage for MSPs. It offers collaboration, enablement, and innovation while providing value to both vendors and MSPs. He also mentioned that vendors in the TAP are well-positioned to engage with the global MSP ecosystem, which includes 25,000 MSPs that trust N-able as their partner.
N-able is excited about the improvements to the TAP and the ongoing investments and integrations they are making to benefit their partners and the broader MSP vendor community.
