Revenera has introduced the Revenera Analytics Dashboard, a new tool designed to give customers of its software monetization platform deeper insights into entitlements, licenses, and usage data.
With this new dashboard, Revenera’s monetization customers can track and analyze customer renewal potential, usage trends, and how licenses and products are being utilized, all through embedded analytics.
The updated data warehouse, built on Snowflake technology, along with a new reporting framework, provides more out-of-the-box reports that focus on customer key performance indicators (KPIs). Initial reports and visualizations include:
- Renewals Insight: Tracks customer renewal status based on actual usage of entitlements.
- End Customer Adoption: Compares customer entitlements with fulfillments.
- High Water Mark: Shows how licensable features are consumed by applications over time.
According to a 2023 IDC survey, 53% of companies with a recurring business model need better insights from usage data to understand customer value. While many companies have the data, they often lack the time or expertise to turn it into actionable insights.
The new Revenera Analytics Dashboard offers an updated user interface with improved navigation and controls, better visualizations, conditional notifications, and the ability to share reports. These features help users gain insights and take action based on the data. The dashboard is available to all FlexNet Operations customers.
Additionally, software and technology companies using Revenera for monetizing their solutions now have access to an enhanced notification system that allows them to respond quickly and effectively to usage events.
